December 2003

November 2003

  1. Rumble G has left us for his new home with the Davies family. If he was loved here is simply adored by his new owners already and he will be out in show ring from next year with plenty avid fans (including us)!
  2. We have backed Magic Gold and he going very well under saddle. Such an easy character to work with, no if's but's or otherwise.
  3. We have added three new mares to our brood mare band. A graded black trakehner mare (Arsenal x Donauwind), her black daughter by Weltjunge (Weltmeyer x Matcho AA) and a graded and double branded head stud book danish warmblood mare by May Sherif.

  4. The year has simply flown by so far and it is weaning time again already...the wet and cold weather now should slow things down a little soon though!

September 2003

  1. Joanne and Gary have kindly sent us some new pictures of Goshka Donnerflo - six months after he moved to his new home with them. We think he's looking fabulous - one to watch:

  1. Due to a freak accident in the field we have lost our beautiful yearling colt "Bart". May he continue to play and gallop in the fields above. We have already so many special memories and we had such high hopes for him.

August 2003

  1. Waldemar G wins his (dressage) class at the Best of British foal show at Addington and is one of only 4 foals (over 100 presented) to attain a 9 out of 10 for movement:

  1. Congratulations Great Britain on achieving bronze medal position at the European Dressage Championships and qualifying for the Olympics at Athens in 2004!!! We were lucky enough to attend what was a thoroughly exciting, inspiring and well organised event. So inspiring that most spectators seemed to be going home with wistful expressions and VERY long new schooling whips...!
  2. Our first two progeny by Goshka Ringo are presented at the UK KWPN grading show and do very well indeed. First premium and 3rd overall foal awarded to Waldemar G (Ringo x Levantos I). Wannabe G (Ringo x Wellington) winner of the filly class and fifth foal overall.
  3. In keeping with family tradition Dean decided he wanted to ride at his birthday party - a mechanical bull...

July 2003

  1. I know, I know, it's the stud season, can't have it every way, we're bound to be busy!!! We're not complaining, simply looking forward again to the day when dinner happens before 22:00hrs! Until then the best kind of reminder why. We hope you like it. We've called it "spoons":

June 2003

  1. Ton Ami and Tina continue to go from strength to strength with solid performances at "Tony's" favourite venue (Reeseheath). Two red ribbons too!
  2. Goshka Sandrobi (Sandro Hit x Wellington) is entered for next month's premier dressage show at Addington, Bucks. His half brother Goshka Donnerflo (now residing at his new home in the North West), Donnersmark x Wellington, will be attending too.

May 2003

  1. Ireland is expecting it's first Goshka Ringo baby in 2004 thanks to chilled semen. Congrats!
  2. "Wannabe G", Goshka Ringo's third foal of 2003 has arrived. A bay tobiano filly born May 26th out of our bay Belgian warmblood mare, Florin II (Wellington Keur x Codexco):

  1. Ton Ami has moved up to medium level with confidence and gained 65% in his second competitive outing at this level and only 15 months into his dressage career.
